If you like Pina Coladas, you’ll definitely love this delicious treat. Start with mixing Parle-G biscuit crumbs with butter and press firmly into the base of a glass. Put it into the fridge while you make the filling. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar. Heat the pineapple puree in a small saucepan. Pour the pineapple puree, coconut cream and vanilla essence into the cream cheese and sugar mixture. Now, pour this mixture on top of the chilled Parle-G base and put it back in the fridge. Take it out after 15 minutes and garnish it with toasted coconut shavings and pineapple pieces. This irresistible and lip smacking dessert is ready to eat. Go on, fetch your spoons and forks.
