Whip up this delightful Parle-G treat and experience pure bliss. Make a dough with Parle-G biscuit crumbs and chocolate syrup. The dough should neither be too soft nor too hard in order for it to be rolled easily.
Grind the almonds, cashews and sugar in a separate bowl. Add coconut and cardamom powder to it and mix well. The filling is ready.
Now, grease an aluminium foil and roll the chocolate dough onto the foil into a thin rectangular shape.
Spread the filling evenly onto the dough. Press firmly then roll it in tight log shape.
Wrap it with aluminium foil and keep it in the fridge for 4 hours. Cut the log into ½-inch thick slices and indulge in happiness.
