Your afternoon pick-me-up gets better with Parle-G. To make the espresso, combine the instant coffee powder and hot water in a small mug. Stir until the granules are completely dissolved. Combine the prepared espresso, sugar, Parle-G biscuits and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until the ingredients are completely mixed. Pour into tall glasses and top it up with whipped cream or vanilla ice-cream.
